1. Right Click
Click the right corner of your Apple mouse, or click with two fingers on your Apple trackpad. You can change this in Mouse preferences and Trackpad preferences. Settings for scroll direction, swipe gestures, and button assignments are also here.
2. Close & resize windows
Buttons for closing, minimizing, and maximizing a window are in the upper-left corner of the window.
3. Change volume
Use the controls in the menu bar, or use the volume keys on your the keyboard.
4. Find files
Use Spotlight to quickly find and open apps, documents, and other files. You may also check Finder if you are looking for a File Explorer to browse files?
5. Open apps
You can also use Launchpad and the Dock to open your apps (programs).
6. Adding/moving windows(Mission Control)
Add, switch and moves all windows off the screen, with just the edges of the windows visible at the side of the screen, giving the user clear access to the desktop and any icons on it. This can be activated by pressing Command F3 or just F3 on newer Apple aluminum and Macbook keyboards, the F11 key on older keyboards.
7. Throw files away
Looking for the Recycle Bin? Use the Trash, which is in the Dock.
8. Rename files
Click the file once to select it, tap the return key and type a new name. Press return.
9. Preview files
Preview most files on your Mac using Quick Look. Click the file once to select it, then press space bar.
10. Change Mac settings
Looking for the Control Panel? Use System Preferences instead.
